The product portfolio includes Loan against property, Lease rental discounting, home loans disbursements, etc  The Business Development Manager - Mortgages is responsible for managing existing distribution, create new channels, marketing & selling the aforesaid products, targeted yields & fee screening of financials to build a quality client base, customer interface, sanction & disbursement documentation client servicing post disbursement, PDC/ECS replacement, NPA collections if any and giving product & policy inputs as per market dynamics.  The main challenges faced by this profile include keeping abreast of the latest market scenario, converting a potential lead into a client against competition by a thorough understanding of the client requirement & effective selling skills.   The critical skill sets that this profile requires are strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills, high customer & target orientation, a strong local network & ability to perform in a team.
