Business Development Manager
Location : Mumbai
Job Description :
- Developing and executing a plan to meet short and long term sales and profitability targets.
- Identifying and capturing strategic opportunities to drive sales and market share
- Accountability of Sales, rigorous approach and weekly review.
- Target driven and Result oriented lead. Responsible for maximizing the potential sales volume of all segments of the market.
- Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities
- Development of new clients & extend relations with existing clients
- Providing insights to management to improve process, increase sales traction and expanding customer base in new geographies
Requirements :
- 4+ years in a market research sales capacity / corporate planning / Solution Sales
- Specific focus in Market Research or Consulting firms
- Should have handled / selling Consulting assignment.
- Target driven, Go-getting attitude, and Business acumen to See Dollars and Show Dollars
- Should be able to operate multiple locations.
- Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, will be an added advantage
- Outstanding morale and team-building skills
- Extensive client development experience
- Proven business and negotiation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel.
Desired Profile :
- BE / MBA, with minimum 4 years of experience in market research and consulting with a vertical focus.
- Require people with excellent thought process, Number crunching, Go-getting attitude, and Business acumen to See Dollars and Show Dollars. This profile demands strong business acumen and go-getting attitude to quickly understand the market dynamics, use both applied and lateral thinking.
