Business Development Manager - Key Accounts - Indian Technology Markets (8-10 yrs)
The primary role of the individual would lead the Business development effort with Key Accounts in the Indian Technology space [includes IT & ITE- s, Captives, etc].
Candidate will complete the entire Sales cycle - Generate leads and close sales deals for S&O competency.
He will also lead the Delivery of some of these projects and maintain relationship with the client.
He will drive Key Accounts and maintain good client relationships to acquire more business for the firm.
The individual should be self motivated, sales & target oriented, a Manager level primarily sales profile from Big 4/ Consulting firms is desired.
Should have executive presence and connects in the Indian Technology Market.
Meet clients regularly and develop excellent relationships with them to further business prospects.
He should be able to relate to the CXO's of Technology companies and identify business issues which will help them Grow & prosper.
Should have worked with Technology firms in the past either in consulting or working for them.
Needs to have excellent Communication Skills & a good networking ability
