- Primary and Secondary research to understand the need of Project / Bulk hiring in the organisation/Large ticket size projects
- Initiating the relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
- Interfacing and maintaining relations with corporate client, ensuring continued & repeated business in each campaign planned by the company and thereby augmenting business & profitability.
- Prepare & Present the company's service offerings & USPs to the prospective clients
- Evolving market segmentation and segmentation strategies to achieve desired targets.
- Close new business deals by developing & negotiating contracts
- Coordinate with the delivery team in order to deliver the client requirements on time as per their priority order
- Handling RFQ / RFPs, Preparing the proposals / Tenders independently.
- Adherence to MANCERs processes/ Liaising with other departments in the organization as and when the need arises
Salary Range: 5-7 LPA
