Title: Business Development Manager  Key Responsibilities  - The opportunity to generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth  - Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory  - Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)  - Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts  - Evangelize client with prospects  - Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business  - Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding client products  - Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience  - Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in client products  - Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.  - Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.  - Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.  - Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.  Minimum Qualifications  - Excellent written/verbal communication skills – on phone, email, in person  - University Degree and/or MBA  - 2-4 Years of full-time corporate sales experience  - 2 Years of corporate prospecting experience  - Expertise in MS Office  Preferred Qualifications  - CRM experience  - Inside sales experience a plus  - Enterprise prospecting experience a plus  - Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude  - Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment  - Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale  - Good time management with strong organizational skills
