Job Description:

Business Development Manager:

- The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing the product in terms of, customers, usage, visibility, brand building, new customers and functionalities.

- This position works closely with the product manager, the Development Team and the online marketing team.

Responsibilities:

A smart, hardworking, enthusiastic, Sales oriented individual with a passion for Internet products, eye for detail and a flair for innovation.

The primary responsibilities are

- Build partnerships and Sales Channels to acquire new customers, users and create an ecosystem and market place for multiple verticals

- Build, manage and scale a tele-sales team.

- Find leads and cold call decision makers in the potential client / customer organisations if required

- Ability to work in different time zones and reach out to prospects in International markets.

- Evangelise the product and platform by taking initiatives like publishing whitepapers, seminars, write opinion leading articles, create and conduct webinars

- Prepare Go to Market strategy and road-map for new product verticals

- Continuously get feedback from current and new clients on product features and functionalities

- Manage and run various marketing promotions that help build brand and create a buzz for the product.

- Work closely with the online marketing team to drive traffic towards all new features and initiatives

- Closely track competition product and features

Requirement :

- MBA from Premier B school.

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Good understanding of Social Media

- Self Starter and ability to work in unstructured environment

- Prior experience in SAS Sales/Internet products if any is preferred

- Prior experience in Internet Startup preferred

- Good Power point skills

- Experience 2-4 years+
