Job brief/purpose :   - To identify and pursue relevant project opportunities to achieve the India  - Business Plan with appropriate clients that others can then develop into proposals.  - Develop a network of contacts/clients/collaborators to obtain market intelligence on relevant project opportunities.  - To identify project opportunities in the market by presenting and raising the Organization Brand and profile either through speaking at conferences, or attending them, or by organizing or attending workshops/client events.  Relationships :   - Operates with a high degree of autonomy but within a collaborative and organisational culture. A proactive - can-do- individual.  - Liaise/co-ordinate with technical team leaders/colleagues in Organization to assist in preparing proposals for relevant opportunities.  - Participate and interface with both the regional Business Development team and the Marketing and Communications team.  - Will have and/or develop contacts with external collaborators such as clients private/public, contractors, other professionals.  - Reports to the Managing Director.  Responsibilities :  Business Development :   - Assist in identifying appropriate business sectors to pursue and achieve realistic objectives as part of the business plan.  - Tracking and reporting against business plan objectives for monthly meetings, INDX, EAB, etc.  - Identify new clients in the relevant business sectors.  - Identify appropriate strategic business opportunities to pursue and track their development, gathering data that will provide an advantage and make a strategic and competitive winning proposal.  - Identify and maintain records of a core set of clients for repeat business, including key decision makers  Marketing :   - Manage and maintain an appropriate selection of up to date marketing/business development materials in the office.  - Arrange for others to update company India brochures at appropriate intervals taking into account new and relevant projects.  - Co-ordinate to have the Company photo asset database updated with actual project photos, which could be professionally taken.  - Assist by providing project information.to others preparing proposals  - Respond to external requests at the initial stages with appropriate marketing and corporate information.  CRM :   - Manage and update Company CRM records and actively use CRM to manage opportunities.  - Explore and exploit CRM's capabilities, identify new uses to assist in managing the workload profile.  General :   - Participate in the development of the Mumbai office, and Company in India - and importantly the Organizational culture and values.  - Participate in the industry through attendance at relevant conferences related to buildings to meet new clients and keep abreast of activities or to speak and promote the Firm's brand.  - Participate in general office meetings and activities  Requirements :  - The individual will be a degree holder in Engineering or business studies, marketing.  - Working towards a professional qualification.  - A person who has a passion and enthusiasm for business development and who is seen by their peers as a team player and works in a collaborative/proactive manner, is self-motivated and adaptable.  Location :   - Primarily situated in the Delhi office  - Travel within India on business trips to meet clients about new projects  - International travel may be required to participate in an internal business sector forum, or training.  Opportunity :   - To become a key member within the Mumbai office management structure.  - Kindly check the details and revert me at same with your updated profile by mentioning current CTC (Fixed+variable), expected CTC, notice period and reporting structure.  Looking forward to hear from you ASAP.  Ankur Kumar
