Skills Required:
- Candidates should have good communication skills
- Preferable from Software Solutions, IT, ITES, Consulting, Telecom etc Corporate sales (Large Accounts) background
- Strong existing relationships and contacts in market
- Should be aggressive, number focused
Key Accountabilities
- Enterprise Sales - focus on deals
- Understanding of customer pain areas and be able to provide appropriate solution
- Engaging at C Level and building relationships
- Working closely with internal departments to develop proper account strategy and also to ensure proper customer support
- Upselling and Cross Selling IC portfolio of solutions in large accounts and thus maximize revenue
- Understanding buying processes of large organization and effectively negotiating and closing large deals
- Dynamically adapt and sell departmentally in Large Organizations
- Must be ready to Travel
- This role is entitled with complete responsibility of Sales Process by Individual Contribution.
