Key Responsibilities :   - Grow our Services business comprising Managed Services, Professional Services and IT Outsourcing Services in the assigned territory.  - Drive services sales in the assigned territory of captive and virgin accounts, through structured account planning, incumbency plotting and a comprehensive pursuit action plan  - Maintain impeccable commit discipline and seasonality to achieve assigned business targets of booking, revenue and profitability   - Grow the funnel and ensure a healthy mix of run rate and strategic deals  - Actively participate in client service delivery reviews to upsell/cross sell  - Achieve and maintain high client CSAT at all times  - Strong understanding of our solutions and services and their market positioning and competitive advantage  Key Skills Required :  - IT sales/pre sales experience   - Demonstrable record of leading complex sales   - Ability to leverage and lead matrix based resources to position ours as the vendor of choice for single/multi tower IT outsourcing  Strong knowledge in :  - Infrastructure Managed Services  - Network Management Services  - IP telephony   Individual Contributor : 8 - 15 years in IT Sales/Pre Sales with minimum 2-3 years- experience with a large IT Systems Integrator  Manas 9538963396
