Business Development Manager - End User Computing Services (5-12 yrs)

Objective / Purpose of duty:

As a Business Development Manager you will own and Drive Booking, Revenue and Margins for the End User Computing (EUC) Business Unit which includes key workloads like Cloud Services (Office 365 / Azure), Desktop Virtualization, and Mobility. You will partner with sales and technical teams in complex and larger operational environments on complex sales engagements and in certain instances will take responsibility for managing the client relationship. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the innovative End User Computing offering across Professional Services, Managed Services and Training services portfolios in close cooperation with the regional sales teams.

You will be responsible for building and delivering a Regional business plan around EUC Business unit, which encompasses a combination of Services and vendor's technology products.

Main responsibilities:

- Assist with the generation of new business for Dimension Data, by contributing to the development of market penetration strategies, gathering intelligence on potential clients, assisting with the design of optimal business models and contributing to the design of go-to-market campaigns and the development of sales strategies.

- Take responsibility for supporting the various sales teams in client facing activities, as well as finding new sales opportunities by owning direct client engagement.

- You will be responsible for sales and pre-sales enablement for all EUC workloads and will work with the National EUC colleagues to represent the EUC Services from a commercial, sales and operational perspective.

- You will promote a consultative engagement, in collaboration with any consultants using appropriate development model/assessments, to help clients understand their business productivity requirements and investment options in relation to:

- Cloud Services (Office 365. Azure, Hybrid clouds and Private clouds)

- Desktop Virtualization Services (Citrix and VMWare)

- Enterprise Mobility Services (BYOD, MDM, MAM etc)

Qualification:

- BE

- MBA

- Certifications : MCSE/MCP, Citrix Certified Professional, VMWare Sales Professional

Experience: (5-12years)

- 5 to 10 years in IT Services related sales.

- 3-5 years in a sales role

- 3-5 years working experience with Microsoft/Citrix/VMWare service offerings (Professional, Support, Cloud and Managed Services)
