Tata Trends Levi's............etc)   Location : Mumbai   Salary CTC : Salary and Esops are negotiable based on profile and experience.  Client : ECOM Startup is a mobile based fashion rental start-up founded by IIT Bombay graduates.They are a young company with a passionate team & a focused goal of becoming the market leaders in the fashion rental space.They are currently the only VC backed company in this market & looking to grow the team to aggressively grow operations in Mumbai.  Job Description :  Business development is a very key role at FRB and would entail the following :   Responsibilities & Duties include following :  Supply :   - Building supply strategy - designers, brands, premium fashion stores On-board supply - meet with key stakeholders, convince them to partner with FRB and conduct all commercial negotiations.  Corporate tie-ups :   Affiliate partnerships strategy - identify partnership opportunities for couponing,cross-platform marketing, strategic partnerships, etc. for FRB.   On-board affiliate partners :   - Meet with key stakeholders, convince them to partner with FRB and conduct all commercial negotiations.  Business operations :   Process setting lay out processes for business development, create marketing content for suppliers and affiliate partners, roll-out company wide processes and use of requisite softwares and dashboards for process control.   Build business development team :  - Recruit and induct business development team (B2B sales managers, supplier management officers, etc.)  Experience & Education requirements :  - Candidates Should have 1- 4 years Experience in Sales / Marketing/ Business development roles at retail organizations/ fashion brands/ designer house supplier on-boarding/ business development/ marketing roles at e-commerce companies management consulting.  Education qualification : B.Tech and MBA from Tier 1 College is a Must.  - B.Tech Degree from IIT/ NIT / BITS and MBA from reputed institutions such as IIM / ISB/ XIM / SP Jain / FMS Delhi /Jamnalal Bajaj/ NMIMS only Tier 1 Business Management Colleges etc.  Working Days : 6 days a week.
