Job Title : Business Development Manager- Converged Communications (Unified Communication)
Department : Sales
Reporting to : National Business Manager- CC
Objective / Purpose of duty :
- To grow CC business and focus on the Converged Communication/Customer Interactive Service solution LOB in West regions.
Main responsibilities :
- To generate $5.0 Million revenue from CC/CIS LOB
- Solutions include UC (IPT, UC Apps), Visual Comms (Telepresence, Tberg), Contact Centre (IPCC, CVP, WFM)
- Increase Market share
- Improve Cisco UC ranking in India
- Position Advanced Collaboration solutions
Supporting responsibilities :
- Do the initial account qualification & technical pitch for CC/CIS LOB
- Design & propose the initial technical solution to client
- First level proposal without involvement of PS
Qualification : BE. An MBA will be added advantage
Experience : 8 - 10 years
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- Preferably should have a UC selling background
- Experience in handling enterprise clients at Sr. Mgmt level
- Good Presentation & Communication skills
