Business Development Manager - BPO - Dubai ( Must have Dubai Exp)

- Our client is a leader in BPO and is looking for a BD person to be based in Dubai.

Will be responsible for :

- Exploring new business.

- Maintain relations with existing Clients

- Actively generate leads/references and converting leads into business

- Proactive Follow-ups with Clients and meetings for closing business deals.

- Create and maintain specific business marketing plan for existing/new Clients.

- Should be based in Dubai.

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of BDM exp in BPO/BPM/KPO and related fields.

- Experience as BDM with BPOs in Dubai.
