We are hiring for our client RAMCO Systems (One of the TOP IT Consulting MNC Company, ERP Product Company), specialized in Could Based Solutions as below.

Role : Business Development Manager / Account Manager

Location : Bangalore

Start Date : ASAP

Desired Candidate Details :

- Preferred Candidates have to be either from Premier Institute MBAs or BE (IIT/NIT) or BE + MBA/ BE with good academic records (Preferred through out 70 % or above ).

Your Activities:

- Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

- Achieving Direct sales targets with consultative solution approach and cross sell products

- Maintaining Strong Relationship with Key/Strategic accounts and play an account manager role

- Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin

- Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets and get business opportunities

- Sales Manager is expected to work with the Regional Head to develop new business in any assigned market

- Cloud. Products. Consulting. Managed Services. And everything in between to sell.

Currently actively looking for Bangalore for BDM, Sr BDM level:

- min. 4 yrs sales experience - max. 8 yrs exp (definitely to be within this experience range)

- good academics + Premier Institute MBAs or BE (IIT/NIT) or BE + MBA/ BE with good academic records (Preferred through out 70 % or above )

- relevant sales experience in ERP/HCM selling in India

- pref. into hunter role. New business acquisition. B2B. large companies. Business development

- annual target will be in the range of 1.2 Mn uSD - 2 Mn USD

- strong in solutioning, consulting driven selling approach

- individual contributor role; reporting to the sales head who in turn reports into the CEO

- can expect 2-3 levels of interview, with the final interview with the CEO

- not into box selling (RIM/Servers). SI background will help + product sales environment (excl. finance/BFSI)

- to avoid, candidates with infra services / only presales / pseudo sales experience
