Job Responsibilities:   - Generating of New Business & services in Middle East for Enterprise Business Solutions (ERP) & other business solution.  - Develop leads, qualify leads into opportunities and closure, manage the sales cycle, timely follow ups with the internal team and the client personnel  - Develop relationships with C level and other key executives within the client / prospect base   - Responsible to Meeting number in the region, business strategy and market reach.  - Expand leads and retain a feasible network of trade contacts and potential clients to meet assigned sales targets with consistency.  - Assist & execute Presales for proof of concept, solution designing and sales engineering.  - Owning client relationships to ensure delivery   - Map client requirements and expenditure parameters, suggest suitable product packages and make efficient sales presentations and product demos.  - Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses requirements.  - Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications.  - Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.  - Gather market and customer information and updating to the management.  - Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities   - Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed   - Targeted tele-sales campaigns to achieve sales  - Maintain high standard of personal integrity  Desired Candidate Profile :  - Efficient in new business development, identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities.  - Good in Prospect/Customer Interaction, Interfacing with clients/prospects and maintaining relations with them for ensuring continued & repeated business and there by augmenting business & profitability.  - Can actively forecast sales, targets & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals.  - Strategic enough in to market segmentation, evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve product wise targets.  - Strong presentation and communication skills to convince a prospect /customer.  - Result and detail oriented, hardworking, problem solving skills and strong work ethics.  Years of Experience –10 years and above  Education:  MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute.
