Our vision is to develop a career management portal for information security, risk management and analytics professionals.   Opportunity:  We are looking for Business Development Manager to perform the following job function:  - Perform digital marketing comprising of google Ad Words, Linkedin connections, SEO, direct contacts, content marketing and generate leads  - Work Closely with HR/Recruitment firms as Account Managers for Platinum Partners for direct sales and ensure conversions from lead marketing.  - Expand network of contacts within developed client base through referrals and recommendations/testimonials to achieve network of at least 30 professionals (HR Directors, Directors/Partners, VPs and CISOs etc)   Desired Skills:  - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tier-1 Recruitment Firm/ Digital Marketing and Sales Firm  - Graduation in Science and Technology  - Analytics background preferred  - MBA from a good institute  - Minimum of 70% Marks in Graduation and PG  KPIs:  - Soft Sales target  - Number of Client Visits to Conversion  - Number of calls to conversion  - Google Ad Words conversion to 100+ on a monthly basis within the specified budget (Current conversion is above 50)
