- Our client is headquartered in Santa Clara, California with offices in Washington DC Metro, New York, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and the UAE, They serve a broad range of clients from Fortune 1000 to emerging companies. Its a fast growing firm which is into Cloud & Infrastructure Services, Analytics & Information Management, Business Digitization, Information Security, Enterprise Mobility, IT Service Management, Cloud Enterprise Solutions (ERP & CRM), Software Testing etc.

- They are scouting for Business Development Leaders for Central, East & West Coast region in the US. You will be responsible for client engagement in respective regions.

- This role is a high impact, quota-carrying position that plays an integral role in the success of the WW Cloud organisation.

Your Impact :

- You will be responsible for managing cloud revenue in respective regions by working closely with Client partners for generating new business into a blend of existing and prospects clients.

- You will be passionate about driving strategic, enterprise-wide cloud sales initiatives to an account mix of existing enterprise clients and new logo. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied Clients that can be referenced in future sales cycles.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Over achieve sales target for the region & own cloud regional revenue goal

- Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system

- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets for respective geography & region

- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in defined markets

- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events

- Increase company market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.

- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around services.

- Maintain an accurate forecast

- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

- Ensure customer satisfaction.

- Develop & execute against comprehensive account / territory plan.

- Work closely with Client partners & extend support for cloud opportunities in respective regions.

- Generate Incremental Cloud pipeline & closure in respective region (30 to 35% of overall target)

- Develop and execute tactical and strategic sales strategies across new and existing accounts

- Highlight differentiation and leverage business partner relationships to win business opportunities

- Work with marketing teams to execute demand generation plays, themes and other new business generation efforts

- Educate internal organization in region & clients on potential of cloud

Qualifications & requirements :

- 10 to 15 years of Cloud, Analytics, Digitization, and Security services related sales or business development experience. Proven hunter

- A technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience required.

- Direct field experience in working with top enterprise accounts across your assigned territory.

- Strong verbal and written communications skills.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Initiative, drive and enthusiasm is key.

- Excellent communication skills with good planning and organisational skills

- Ability to work calmly under pressure

- Track-record of performance in achieving revenue or P&L goals will be valued.

- Comfortable in internal stakeholder management in a large global organization - experience in sales, sales support roles in large global organizations will be valuable

- Self-driven, Initiative taker, Analytical, Thought leadership, communication and collaboration skills are utmost essential

- Experience in working with key stakeholders at C-Level

- Previous experience with other System Integrators will be valuable with knowledge of local market

- Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment

Travel : Expect 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications : Graduate degree required. Masters or MBA a plus.
