Job Description:  - The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by developing new business or new ways to grow revenue with existing customers.   Overall responsibilities:  - Leading Business Development for the company for its consulting practice.  - To meet, interact and present the consulting offerings to the CXO level across Large and Mid-Size Organizations, mainly to MDs/CEOs/CFOs/CHRs.  - Develop customer awareness of the consulting services and identifying new customers.  - Continuously gather and disseminate research and insights from various sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, clients and industries.  - Conduct research involving market research, market analysis, market trend, market insight, company profiling, SWOT analysis and competitor analysis.  - Develop strategic ideas or proposals to make a company successful and increase revenue.  - Create proposals and approach notes for clients, describing the issues being faced in the current context and the solution provided by the company.  - Responsibilities include acquiring an extensive comprehension of present market trends and developments, networking with clients, conducting presentations of new proposals, negotiating and making deals.  - Provide subject matter expertise through all stages of the sales cycles, ensuring that have a presence in all relevant, qualified sales deals, developing and substantiating the services value proposition.  - Build high-quality funnels that generate customer demand and focus on client relationship.  Desired Skills and Expertise:  - First and foremost, the candidate should be a strong-hearted person. For being able to work in a start-up and that too, one that guarantees results, the candidate shall be willing to involve his/her own skin in the game. Thus, the candidate shall have a spine, more than decent fighting spirit, and a go-getter aptitude.  - This role demands working in an individual capacity. Therefore, sales professionals, who are instrumental in developing sales strategy and know how to execute it for generating business, shall only apply.  - B.E/B.Tech/MBA from reputed institution.  - Willing to work in all capacities, something start-ups are known for. We are seeking candidates who are willing to negotiate pain and risk for the purpose of achieving growth.  - Tech-savvy and active on social media.  - Presentable, approachable, good listener and an effective communicator.  - Able to work within the value framework of the company whose core values are Integrity, Harmony, Creating Values and Transformation.  - Willing to travel majorly in NCR but at times out of NCR too.  - Excellent presentation skills and ability to represent the company in thought leadership events by representing the Organization's views and thoughts.  - 0-3 years of experience in Business Development would be preferred.  - Excellent oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.  - Results oriented, capable of generating excitement in the solution area, capable of carrying/translating value proposition to clients.
