Salary Range: (Negotiable depending on candidate’s experience)
Reporting to: CEO / Managing Partner
Job Description:
- Primarily looking after the new business initiatives for the company.
- Establishing Digital strategies in tune with the market trends for meeting client’s objectives and to achieving business targets.
- Liaising with the client to develop insight-driven digital strategy ranging from opportunity identification and to experience strategy.
- Analyzing & reviewing the market response/requirements.
- Understand the client’s brief and ensuring that the commitments made to the client are kept.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business.
- Managing the sales process, lead generation; negotiation; close; payment collection and client retention.
Key Result Area:
- Flawless Operational Exceptional and timely deliveries
- Achievement of business metrics across existing & new set of clients, mutually agreed upon
- Revenue Growth on new clients
Skill Set Requirement (competency):
- Ability to bring clients on board
- Hands on digital marketing experience from a reputed agency across domains - website / mobile / social
- Must exhibit clear solution and strategic planning and marketing skills
- Must be strong with Analytical Skills
- Need not be technical but must understand technology
