Business Development - CRO Office - Pharma (3-12 yrs)

This job opening is for world's leading pharmaceutical company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- To evaluate business opportunities and access to potential customers for Pre-clinical, BABE and Clinical Trial studies.

- To generate new leads/contacts through personal cold calls, e-mails, personal visits and follow up on previously generated leads for Pre-clinical, BABE and CT studies.

- To prepare a detailed business plan on monthly basis including tour plan.

- To develop proposals for Pre-clinical, BABE and CT studies in consultation with technical and finance teams.

- To attend and actively contribute to strategy, status, and follow-up meetings on the development of the Pre-clinical, BABE and CT business pertaining to status like study confirmation, agreements, raising invoices and payment collection.

- To prepare CDA, Study agreement and Master Service agreement for Pre-clinical, BABE and CT studies along with the inputs from legal and finance groups and ensure that agreements/contracts are reviewed before they are executed.

- To correspond and follow-up with sponsors and respond to their queries for Pre-clinical, BABE and CT studies.

- To set up client meetings/site visits/teleconferences and coordinates with various departments/functions for seamless execution.

- To write and distribute minutes and follow up on action items for Pre-clinical, BABE and CT studies.

- To prepare monthly Business Development reports and summary for ongoing studies.

- Track key BD metrics like quotations, agreements, work orders, invoices and payments.

Note:

1) All Candidates must be willing to travel to Ahmedabad for 2 to 3 days for interview.

2) Previous experience in pharmaceutical sector is preferred.
