Business Controller - Financial Planning & Analysis - BPO

Required Skill sets:

The candidate should be an CA/ICWAI/MBA, preferably from BPO Industry.

Key activities would be :

- P&L Analysis, MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting, Profit Maximisation and Cost Control, Monitoring and Control on Manpower and Seat indents, Discussing with Program and Business heads on profitability improvement plans and tracking them to fruitition.

- Providing cost and revenue provision during month end.

- The candidate should possess Advanced Excel Knowledge and willing to work late night
