Key Responsibility Areas :  Responsible for overall controllership for Unit New Business in AMEA which includes Driving profitability/results, preparation of ASR/Budgeting  Preparation of good quality Business cases & Business Need Memorandums, Project funding & Control, Due Diligences, commercial negotiations, managing partnerships & contract/agreement finalization etc.  Risk management: Work closely with the BUs to manage risks & results on a proactive basis.   Challenge and support to the management for better insight of facts and risks  Knowledge and educational level:  A chartered accountant with 8 years working experience  Working knowledge of Income Tax Act, Sales Tax Act, Excise & service tax regulations  Knowledge about Pharma industry is preferred  Working knowledge of IFRS is preferable.  Understanding Business Dynamics  Experience in Controlling; Management Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting (Financial Planning & Analysis).
