Job Description :
While reporting to the Regional Controller your responsibilities would be to :
- Support the Regional Controller in terms of business plans, monitoring business performance across territories
- Develop operating plans and business plans
- Chalk out performance measurement matrix
- Monitor financial performance and provide the management with appropriate advice
- Prepare MIS, forecasting and various analysis
- Co-operate and function smoothly with regional controlling teams
- Act as a very close business partner to the Regional Leader and Commercial Leaders
- Identify risk and plug the gaps in revenue leakage area
Profile :
- You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 4 years post qualification experience. The individual must come with extensive experienced in internal controls, MIS, cost savings identification, AOPs, analysis and planning.You are an individual with strong business and acumen and analytical skills.
- You should be a well spoken and well presented individual who has a structured thought process and can communicate effectively with senior management.
