About our Client : Our client is a European MNC and a big player in the pharmaceutical industry. They operate across the globe and have been growing steadily year on year. They are now looking for a strong business controller with head the activities for a INR400+ cr vertical.

Job Description : As Business Controller you will report into the CFO and be responsible for:

- Leading the Budgeting activity for the organization

- Tracking the Financial Health of the BU

- Taking on the improvement of the TOP Line & Bottom Line improvement

- Identifying Cost Reduction & Process Improvement Avenues

- Conducting detailed Top line Analysis to help the business in key decision making

- Ensure Internal Controls (Checks & Balances)

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with 8+ years of relevant post qualification work experience.

- You have a good understanding of Business finance activities and have been doing business controlling/FP&A activities for a business size of INR 300+ cr.

- You are in an individual contributor role. In addition, you possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
