Mandatory:  - Chartered Accountant with 8 Yrs of post qualification experience  - Hands on experience in managing Internal Audits, SOP / Business Process Re-engineering projects, SOX, etc.  - Experience working in Big 4 as part of Risk Advisory Services  - Manage Day to Day Company's India BC activities as per calendar  - Assessing likelihood and significance of risk, Evaluate control adequacy and provide advice on controls requirements  - Evaluate and improve Key process in Company's India to have appropriate risk management, controls and governance.  - Communicate common internal controls requirements  - Manage Quarterly Disclosure Process  - Monthly and/ or Quarterly Business Controls Scorecards  - Compliance Testing/ Reporting To Management  - Follow Up on Business Controls Action Items to Closure  - Track Internal Audit Action Items to Closure  - Ensure process standardization, wherever applicable  - Ensure e2e financial management system integrity   - Lead the QDP process and support Geo/Function SVPs in disclosures and follow ups  - Support the respective organization to implement the adequate business control framework;  - Operational efficiency; streamline cadence, reduce manual burden on reporting and improve analysis.  - Champion to drive BC culture and discipline across the organization and business process owner;  - Develop Controls Framework and BMS  - Assist in creating a culture of controls ownership and discipline in the company   - Leadership and catalyst in driving changes;  - Challenge the status quo and drive changes for improvement in business process and controls of the responsible areas;  - Continue to build the Continuous Improvement Brand and Value Proposition   Candidate's with Big4 Background is an added advantage.
