Position:Business Consulting Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience range: 8-10 yrs of relevant exp.

Education: BE/BTech/MCA + MBA Tier II colleges

- This is a business operations plus a data analytics role (Pricing etc) and Ideal candidates will be from Telecom Operator companies from Usare and Retention side of Business.

Description:

- Be a part of the WebAxn Business Operations and Product Management to help deliver the unit’s targets and be a champion of user experience and high quality:

Business Operations:

- Help launch various services for mobile operator

- Administer and monitor the service uptake for various services across operators on a day to day basis

- Work with operator marketing teams and technical teams on day to day basis to run business operations

- Maintain excellent relationship and rapport with customer teams

- Pitch in new products/services/features whenever necessary

- Track revenue for services across operators and work towards achieving the goal

- Should be able to help customer define their marketing and promotion strategy around the product or a service

- Should have extensive experience in working with Analytics Engine and related tools

- Should have participated in contributing to the revenue growth of the Telco in a business consulting / operations role

- Hands on with creating various Revenue generating campaigns and driving the same till closure

Requirements Authoring and Management:

- Author product requirements

- User Experience Design

- Review change requests from customers

- Globalize features to fit across markets/deployments

- Create collaterals

- Assist documentation team

- Review test cases

- Work with business analysts, business development, clients, to moderate customizations

- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers in agile development environment

- Work with BD on RFPs if required, assist in training BD and sales, ensure demo infrastructure

- Support Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and in reviewing Change Requests received from market
