Position: Manager - Business consulting (Process improvement)

Location: Mumbai

Requirements:
MBA (Full time)- from premier B schools (tier 1)

Exp : 6-8yrs

Experience in working with BIG4s, Accenture, IBM, Capgemini, and other good Management consulting companies would be preferred.

- Effectively deliver tasks on projects in an independent manner - in design, development, delivery and assistance with implementation of business advise / solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives and which reflect best practice

- Should have functional understanding on at least one of the following sectors; Banking, NBFC, Asset Management or Insurance.

Position Description:

Delivery of Revenue on client engagements.

- Use client relationships to identify new opportunities for the firm.

- Leads and directs multiple projects effectively. Negotiates fees and other terms of engagement.

- Monitors billing/ Fee collection using billing reports.

- Counsels teams and individuals (via defining and implementing developmental plans) which will result in meeting future needs of the firm.

- Contributes to implementing and enhancing the firms policies and procedures for knowledge management and management for the firm's intellectual capital.

- Acts promptly to rectify and repair any risk to the firm or its clients in relation to intellectual capital.
