Business Consultant – Premium Retail Industry

Job Responsibilities

- Lead projects with leading retail and services clients (Real estate, Hospitality, Premium Retail, Healthcare and Auto etc) in India. Core responsibilities will include:

- In Depth understanding of and experience of Indian premium retail and services market

- Potential to identify business development opportunities and translate these into a relevant concept development for clients.

- Product Strategy and customer engagement strategy development for Clients in the premium retail and services industry.

- Feasibility and assessment capabilities in consumer research, financials, technology, servicing, acquisition and distribution chain etc.

- Support of new partnership opportunities like partner contracting, negotiations, implementation and integration etc.

- Implementation of project management and thought leadership on marketing, pricing, positioning and communications, distribution strategy etc.

- Customer segmentation analysis and leveraging customer insights to drive engagement, distribution, retention management strategy as well as influencing online and digital customer experience

- Key Account Relationship Management – act as first point of contact for key accounts

- Develop and manage the End to End Customer Engagement / experience platforms

- Monitor project expense reports, review for accuracy and completeness

- Expense / Invoicing of project budgets

- Support the senior management in business development initiatives across a range of clients

- Other Duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

- 8 – 10 Years of relevant experience in premium retail and services segment

- Post Graduate Degree in Business / Marketing / Finance

- Strong presentation skills and Business development, external partner management and digital/mobile marketing experience a strong plus

- Marketing, Customer engagement and strategic planning experience would be highly valued

- Superior understanding of business financials and analytical skills; Proven ability to interpret client needs and translate these into strategic solutions

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end consulting project process in a highly disciplined fashion

- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a matrix organization, capable of influencing and building alignment across different lines of business and markets

- High proficiency in MS Office – Strong PowerPoint and Excel Skills
