Business Consultant - P&C - Policy Administration - IT

Business Consultant (P&C - Policy Administration) - H1 ready

8 to 12 years of experience as P&C domain consultant / business analyst

- Strong knowledge of Policy administration and P&C lines of business (especially Commercial lines). Candidates with industry certifications such as AINS, AU, CPCU will be an added advantage.

- Experience on leading Policy administration software products will be preferred

- Candidate should have valid H1 visa and be ready for onsite travel as required

- Experience should include requirements gathering and analysis, business process consulting, prototype development and product configuration

- Conversant with documentation standards such as BPMN, Use Cases, UML Notations etc

- Conversance with bureau circular analysis (ISO / NCCI / AAIS) is desirable

- Strong consulting and customer facing skills
