Client: Leading Bank in India

Position: Business Banking Advisor - Wealth management

Role includes and not limited to:

- Coaching and guiding a team of Wealth managers to service clients on aspects of business banking.

- Heading the Commercial & Foreign Trade Banking function the Cluster under Private Banking arm of Bank, branded as `Wealth Management'

- Directly responsible for overall product penetration along with service delivery for Commercial and Foreign Trade Banking function, to Self Employed HNI customers through a team of relationship managers spread across branches of Bank - Wealth Management in the cluster.

- Ensuring that all requirements of customers are met with respect to Working Capital Funding, Import / Export credit, Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees,

- Forward contracting and Foreign Currency hedging etc through superior relationship management.

- Updating / analyzing information and preparing plans best suited to individual client requirements thereby assisting them to make informed decisions.

- Designing financial strategies by conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provisions and future financial requirements.

- Providing clients with information on new and existing products and services with respect to Business Banking by researching information from various sources.

- Keeping up to date with Foreign Trade legislation and financial products and legislation which may affect clients business.

- Ensure compliance through regular process checks and self-audit scores.

- Promoting and selling financial product(s) to meet given sales targets.

- Resolution of queries of all mapped clients within TAT specified.

Qualification: MBA - TIER 1 college : 4-7 yrs experience

- MBA - TIER 2 college : 7-10 yrs experience

- MBA - non-TIER college : 10+ years experience Relevant

- CA 1st Attempt: 4+ years

- CA multiple attempt: 7+ years relevant exp
