Job Description:  Position : Business Analytics & Research Director - Marketing Effectiveness.  Objective:   - The Business Analytics and Research group supports Company's modeling, analysis and research needs, including the campaign execution and measurement, scorecards and reporting, statistical modeling, primary and secondary research, fixed income and equity research.   - This group will support Company's diverse businesses in the US.  Requirement :   - Must be very familiar with advanced measurement techniques, such as ANOVA/ANCOVA, multivariate regression analysis, logistic regression, hierarchical Bayesian techniques, forecasting, and other ROI measurement approaches.   - Must have strong understanding of data environments and campaign / list execution.   - Ability to effectively influence, build and up-level the current team.   - Ability to deal with rapid changes and ambiguity.  - Strong interpersonal, Influencing skills, project management and organizational skills, along with excellent verbal and written communications skills.  - Ability to collaboratively work across business and functional groups (e.g., HR, IT) at all levels.  - Significant and meaningful work experience in Market Effectiveness analytics or Marketing/ Advertising Research environment, insight-building and consulting with a fair exposure and experience of working directly/indirectly with Marketing/ Media functions of known organizations, to help enhance the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives.  - Relevant experience on client side, media companies or third-party KPOs. Specific sector exposure- Financial services, retail, hospitality, telecom, FMCG, etc. is highly desirable for this role.  - Customer service orientation, demonstrated by ability to delivery quality effort in a highly demanding environment.  - Collaborate, as needed, with other service providers and vendors on product related issues Willing to travel frequently.  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Partner with senior leaders across Marketing and Segments to help increase effectiveness of Marketing efforts and Advertising.  - Manage a team of 20+ people with varied experience levels and multiple skill sets in the areas of Marketing Effectiveness, CRM analytics, Marketing Mix Measurement & Campaign execution.  - Face off with Senior US Business Partners on a regular basis for prioritizing the projects and planning for delivery. Work closely with on shore and off shore teams to ensure seamless delivery of the projects.  - Build culture of innovation and thought leadership to go beyond delivery and add more value through insights and new approaches of measurement & analytics.  - Play a connector role within and across team by connecting people with ideas.  - Act as Integrator for combined theme insights.  - Increase effectiveness of the team by identifying opportunity areas and solutioning these new opportunities Work on taking our technical capabilities to the next level.
