Business Analysis Advisor

Department - Dell Global Analytics

Positions Reporting into this Role - None (Individual Contributor Role)

Location - Bangalore

We are looking for people in 3-7 year experience band.

Primary Responsibilities

Business analysis for Global Consumer Premium Services Group :

- Publish deck with dashboards and business insights to enable the business team to make the right decisions and assess current performance on key parameters

- Ad-hoc business analysis based on business requests for e.g Pilots, scenarios where there is a spike in revenue or margin, customer churn, survey feedback, call issue patterns, capacity planning etc

- Quarter on Quarter Performance analysis on key performance metrics

- Channel & Campaign Analysis

- Service Offering Analysis

- Work with Reporting teams to get data loaded from different sources in Dell systems to generate dashboards

Job Requirement and Skills

- Structured approach towards problem solving & Strong Analytical skills

- Business Analysis/Product Mgmt. Support Experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Good Excel and presentation skills (PowerPoint).

- Some knowledge and experience of working on SQL. Should be able to guide/debug issues with reporting teams/database analyst

- Attention to detail

- Business Analytics experience preferred

- Comfortable handling & analyzing large amount of data

People Interactions

- Stakeholders Across Dell in different business functions

- Database Analysts across different Dell Reporting teams & DGA Analytics Teams

- External Vendors/Partners

Professional Qualifications and Personality

Professional Qualifications:

- MBA from a premier B-school with good academic record
