Business Analyst - Trading Finance

The Business Analyst would work closely with customers to understand their business model, requirements and translate them into software requirements and ensure timely delivery of the same by persistent monitoring & tracking.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understanding the basics of project management
- Defining the project and scope; effective effort estimation and costing
- Business analysis skills - ability to understand business objectives and translate them into specific requirement document
- Perform cost benefit analysis of the requirement
- Perform feasibility study with technical and functional team
- Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear
- Work directly with the implementation team to ensure delivery and implementation of the software solution
- Liaise with the users for UAT and production deployment
- Identification and documentation of requirements - including modeling data and processes
- Analysis and assessment of the relevant business issues
- Project documentation to be presented for management approval
- Quality assurance and testing throughout the project's life cycle
- Comply with Organizations Legal, Compliance & Security standards.

Educational Background/Experience :
- 5-7 years experience in Banking Industry
- Graduate from a top University
- B.E./B.Tech, Graduates, Post Graduate
Technical knowledge & Skills :
- Good understanding of Trade Finance Domain
- Should have worked on Trade applications. Front Office & Back Office
- Detailed knowledge of Document Warehousing
- Business & Functional understanding
- Analysis, Solution definition and Problem solving
- Communication skills, project execution procedures
- Experience in capturing customer requirements for software projects
