POSITION: EA TO CMD/ HEAD PLANNING & STRATEGY

AGE: 30-35 years.

QUALIFICATION: Engineer plus MBA (Finance) from a good B-school with 7-10 years of work experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position requires working closely with the CMD to achieve strategic business objectives of a multi start-up organisation in the process of setting up multiple lines of businesses. He/she should have the ability to deal with all external stakeholders & take critical decisions on behalf of CMD. The candidate will be required to multi-task, conceptualise effective strategies, help create feasibility reports & execute new projects. He/she should possess an eye for details, be able to perform under stringent deadlines and be able to aggregate and interpret data. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management.

The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P& L understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.

JOB ROLE:

- Monitor tasks delegated by CMD & ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines

- Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise

- Coordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables

- External & Internal interface on behalf of MD

- Helping in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders.

- Business data analysis

- Assist the CMD with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions

- Excellent written & oral communication and Analytical skills.

- Should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgement and analysis

- Adaptability / comfort in coordination / interaction with internal and external customers
