Business Analyst - Supply Chain - eCommerce - IIT/IIM

Job Description :

Roles and responsibilities :

- Design transportation model which is cost efficient and high on service.

- Analyze and propose last mile delivery network.

- Study best industry practices in eCommerce & other related industries and help define supply chain strategy for in-house Logistics.

- Service design and roll-out such as express delivery, fixed time window delivery, returns, exchange

- Work on reverse logistics.

- Liaise with technology partners (in-house tech team as well as consultants) to adopt best IT tools which can take customer experience to next level.

- Vendor management (strategy level).

Educational Qualification :

- BE/BS from top colleges (IIT preferred) and MBA from (IIM preferred)

Work Experience :

- Minimum 2 years of work experience after Post Graduation.

- Excellent experience of Supply Chain Domain.

- Industry experience such as eCommerce, manufacturing, retail preferred

Technical Skills :

- MS office - word, advanced excel, power point and SQL proficiency must.

- Experience in data analysis desired, e.g. Tableau, Macros, VB, Minitab
