Job Description:
- Assist in determining the project scope, functional design, and process flows
The role of BAs/SBA is to help:
- Determine the functional delivery roadmap
- Assist with the resolution of analysis related risks and issues
BAs will also work with the IT teams to convert these into technical specifications for implementation of the services as well as getting involved in the System and User testing
Other responsibilities involve:
- Working closely with other work-stream BAs as well as the Architecture team to share knowledge and standardize the process
- Identifying and escalating design issues and risks
Familiarity with IB products and Banking Regulations, Front and Middle Office trade operations, end-to-end trade lifecycle
- Understanding of Banking operations, Trade Management systems, and Risk Management systems will be good to have
