JD:- Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst

We are looking for exceptional Business Analysts to join its IT/Development team in our Hyderabad office. This group is responsible for developing new infrastructure for the firm's high-volume, straight-through processing environment and works with US and India-based teams to specify, develop and implement new applications.

The Business Analysts will be working on a mix of financial and non-financial projects, as well as a new business ventures, as the Firm's needs dictate.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related role and an excellent academic record. The successful candidate must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a high level of personal maturity and a collaborative, optimistic attitude. Attending university or having international work experience, particularly in western environments, is a definite plus. The candidate should be experienced in working with software vendor(s) in financial services, in support of the middle and back office trade life-cycle, and/or interacting with hedge funds and other asset managers.

Helpful project experience includes: client deployments on the cloud, systems integration, data conversion, customization, testing, and training. Helpful domain experience includes: trade/position data, security master, middle office services, portfolio accounting, data warehouses, and treasury. Helpful functional experience includes: Use case modelling / defining user stories, object oriented design, data modelling, process mapping/business process re-engineering techniques to analyze workflows, propose solutions, and measure benefits, designing and monitoring user acceptance testing.
