Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Conduct Workshop, which involves working with customers to understand their business challenges and formulate business problems into data analysis scenarios.

- Solve customer's business problems by translating them into the context of analytics platform.

- Identify the right data sources and elements that will help in arriving at the solution for the customer's business problem

- Work together with data scientists and solution architects to provide them with the business context for analysis and lead the data analysis process to deliver the RPM-value for the customer.

- Present results to the customers through insightful recommendations

- Ensure that the insights delivered create tangible business impact for customers.

- Work with the product and development teams to convert the analysis into a repeatable framework with the right automation for continuous delivery and/or repeat delivery.

- Build positive relationship with customers by understanding their business and the competitive landscape and help them establish and grow Data Monetization focused analytics framework within their business environment

- Deliver company platform for customers and help them get trained on the platform for self-service analysis for their future use cases.

- Hire and mentor A+ team.

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, customer support & operations, sales, marketing and management.

- Be a thought leader and data monetization evangelist and collaborate with marketing to promote company creative ways in online and offline channels.

- Develop showcases, present in Webinars and Trade shows to demonstrate data monetization use cases.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of data analyst experience.

- Ability to learn complex businesses very quickly, define problems accurately with attention to details and ability to translate requirements to analysis approaches.

- Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills, structured analysis process and clarity of thought.

- Experience one or more of Retail/E-commerce, Financial Services, Telecom, Travel and Hospitality, Manufacturing is a plus.

- Good understanding of data science /statistics / machine learning / data mining techniques.

- Programming skills in one or more of R / SAS / Python / Java / Scala / Perl / SQLor similar is preferred.

- Experience with Hadoop ecosystem and Data Discovery/Visualization is a big plus.

- Very good written, presentation as well as verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.

- Must have a strong desire to aggressively learn and seek out new relevant technologies.

- Entrepreneurial and Agile - understands the demands of a private, high growth company.

- Ability to be both a leader and hands on - doer- .

- Low ego, pragmatic and down to earth orientation.

Other Requirements :

- Flexibility to relocate or travel.
