Business Analyst:

Certified Business Analyst (strongly preferred BA certification, but if not, then 5+ years- of working experience as a Business Analyst

Prior Experience working with Manageress version 10 - must have proven and evidence experience working with SampleManager V10 from Thermo Fisher.

Experience with laboratory processes in Oil and Gas industry.

Fluent English (mandatory) and Spanish speaking person (preferred, but not mandatory.)

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS major, or equivalent work experience

- Eager to expand skills and knowledge and also share experience with other developers to improve overall quality of solutions

Business Skillset: Solid English communication skills and solid requirements gathering skills and customer service skills

Technical Skillset: SampleManager version 10 Functional experience

Industry Specific Skillset: prior Oil and Gas Industry experience

Overall experience level: Mid-Senior 5+ years- of experience

Language skills: English - Mandatory; Spanish - nice to know

Minimum skills required for members who can be trained up: SampleManager experience and solid business analysis experience in the oil and gas industry
