One of the CMMi level 5 company is looking for Business Analyst-SFDC Consulting

Experience & skill expectations:

- Experience in consulting with fortune 500 companies / industry leaders across verticals

- MBA from Tier 1/2 B Schools

- 3-6 years of experience of implementation and management of business automation solutions within the space of CRM – SFA / Marketing / Service, PRM etc.

- Practical and hands-on experience in implementing, managing SalesForce.com solutions for SFA, Marketing, PRM and Service modules

- Knowledge of and extensive experience with Salesforce.com Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Collaboration, customer communities, portals, sites, mobility solutions etc.

- Strong understanding of enterprise integration

- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, hands-on detailed systems, conducting and end user training

Experience: 3-6 years
