Business Analyst - Retail Branch Control Unit - CFA

The desired candidate should be a CFA or should be pursuing CFA with relevant experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Business Cases: To ensure every location proposed under branch expansion has a business case commensurate with the benchmarks laid down with respect to CASA and break even status.

- To work on branches not breaking even by doing basic analysis on Branch Profitability tracker.

- In depth analysis of Cost and business parameters of branches having poor C/I ratio and branches not able to break even.

- Preparation of detailed report with actionable for each branch.

- Monitor the progress of these actionable and submit regular updates.

- To coordinate with heads of Cluster, Circle, Zone and Regions for providing required support to concerned branches for improvement and meeting various business parameters

- To work on any ad hoc projects/assignments given by the supervisors and ensure satisfactory completion.
