Business Analyst - Operation Analytics - eCommerce - IIT/IIM

Job Description :

Position : Business Analyst. The position will work closely with the Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control operations to develop tools and analyze data to support OE initiatives, dig deep into data to determine root cause of defects, build and maintain decision support tools, and present findings to business partners to drive improvements in FC-wide quality.

Year of experience : 2 - 5 years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- An innovative Operations leader/project manager with superior analytical abilities and preferred experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

- Has knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Finds practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.

- Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, designing process solutions, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new software; as well as analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization

Basic Qualifications:

- Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving, and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences

- Exceptional MS-Excel Skills (Functions, Macros, VBA etc.) and ability to deal with numbers day in, day out.

- Ability to create and understand complex SQL queries

- Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.

- Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications.
