Business Analyst - Loan Origination/Servicing Domain - IT Firm

Position: Business Analyst- Loan Origination/ Servicing (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Client facing role. To play the role of Business Analyst in the domain area of loan origination (auto/ housing and other loans) and servicing

- Do the gap analysis/ work flow analysis

- Prepare the Business Requirements Document and requirement specifications

- Drive and challenge users on their assumptions

- Collaborate with developers and Subject Matter Experts and serve as a conduit between end users/ customers and the software development team

Requirements:

- BE/BTech/MCA + MBA

- 5-10 yrs of experience in Business Analysis in IT

- Good knowledge of Auto/ Housing etc. loan origination and servicing, especially in the US Markets

- Awareness of the regulatory guidelines wrt the management of retail loans

- Knowledge on utilizing software development methodologies (waterfall, RUP, Agile), and developing system requirements and program/technical specifications

- Experience in requirements planning, project scoping, elicitation, analysis, and validation

- Good written and spoken communication skills

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Ability to travel onsite
