Business Analyst - Loan Origination - Corporate (3-10 yrs)

Job location is KL, Malaysia

We are looking for experienced Business Analyst who posses working knowledge in implementing loan origination for the corporate banking industry. The person must have the capabilities to:

1. Conduct detailed assessments of User Business Needs, clearly defining and documenting objectives of what is to be accomplished by implementing the new loan origination system.

2. Act as liaison link between the owners (business), the business lead and the project manager to ensure - customer satisfaction- upon completion.

3. Define project's output business requirement related to portfolio management, financial spreading and financial risk analysis, Loan origination process etc. to ensure desired outcome is clearly specified.

4. Contribute to the Risk Assessments associated with system adoption & usage.

5. Provide Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) to Project Manager for compilation and sign off.

6. Prepare and provide System Report Requirements where customizations are required.

7. Participate in the development of Processes, Business Rules, User Policies and Procedures.

8. Perform UAT Test to ensure all defined business needs and functionality requirements have been met.

9. Escalate deviation/errors/bugs detected in the system to Vendor / IT Personnel for rectification.

10. Perform process mapping in ARIS. Would be required to generate RSR, BRD and FSD from ARIS.

11. Will be required to map the business requirement starting from L0 until L5 into ARIS.

SPECIFIC PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OR COMPETENCIES (eg. Ability to work under pressure, ability to influence and persuade others, analytical, problem solving, etc.)

Competencies:

1. Domain Knowledge - portfolio management, financial spreading and financial risk analysis, Loan origination process for corporate banking segment

2. Analytical - synthesizes complex or diverse information

3. Problem Solving - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

4. Business Acumen - understanding of business implications of decisions

5. Judgment - able to make decisions, exhibit sound and accurate judgment

6. Planning & Organizing - prioritizes and plans work activities or self and team effectively

7. Good in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ARIS or BPM tool will be an added advantage.

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret business needs and requirements

- Ability to write reports, routine business correspondence and prepare presentations

- Ability to analyze business processes and provide recommendation

- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously whilst working under tight deadlines
