(Please provide as much detail as possible. It will assist the supplier is find the best candidates) Business Analyst Lead with Functional experience using Onesource Indirect Tax Determination (Sabrix).

This is a functional role for which includes requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment and training.

Candidates MUST have hands-on implementation experience and must possess strong understanding of application configuration set-ups, functionality, interaction of the ERP modules, and have the ability to diagnose and resolve problems within and between modules.

Day to Day Activities Defines overall application functional/business requirements and recommends application modifications/configurations/processes for solutions to functional requirements.

- Implements, designs and/or upgrades applications.

- Analyzes model test discrepancies to find trends and works with programmers to resolve.

- Analyze data in order to determine root causes and proposed process improvements to maximize quality and customer experience.

- Establishes cost and time estimates for development/ implementation of projects.

- Produces business process flow charts.

- Creates communication plans (correspondence, presentations, and other materials) for knowledge transfer to leadership.

List of Must Haves for Contractor to be successful in this role (EX: Education Requirements, Software Skill Sets, Licenses or Certifications, etc.)

- Sabrix experience: 2 - 3 years

- Indirect Tax Determination: 2-3 years

- implementation of transaction taxes: 2 - 3 years

- Oracle ERP experience: 1 year

- Global experience 1 year

- Test Cases: 1 year

Bachelor degree in a related field (Business, CS, IS, MIS).

- Must be a team player with excellent communication and analytical skills, and an ability to work closely with users, management, and Oracle Support.

- Experience in Agile methodology
