Business Analyst - ITIL & GXP - Pharma (3-5 yrs)

Job Description:

- A person who will manage the incident and problem management process for assigned system; communicate with customers, service providers and system managers focusing on management of system, compliance, maintenance, support, validation and documentation

Skills set:

- ITIL-based support on systems in relation to e.g. the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong GXP knowledge is required.

- Experience in pharma industry is preferable.

- You are excellent in English (oral and written), and as a person you are structured, business oriented, outgoing and a natural team player.

- Should be able to manage relations (including manage upwards in the organisation) and have a strong ability to collaborate and communicate.You understand business complexities and different perspectives of the same.
in-depth knowledge of ITIL; Incident, Problem and Change Management processes

- Minimum 3 plus years of experience within the pharmaceutical or other relevant industry, combined with general business understanding or 2-5 years of experience within operation and maintenance of IT systems in large organisations

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience working with GXP requirements

- Experience within Regulatory work processes is a plus

- You have high degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills

- You are able to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily with customers, vendors and consultants in multiple geographies and time-zones
