Business Analyst - Internet/Online (2-6 yrs)
Job role :
Business Analyst would be responsible for creating data management procedures involving web projects, data analysis, and data integrity to provide insight into business that can be inferred from data collected through various online and offline tools across business applications.
Job Description :
- Identifying business objectives and advising on suitable analytical strategies.
- Developing custom dashboard concepts business reporting.
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytic data.
- Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and the customer journey, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution along with other trend in the business domain.
- Providing consultancy on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking.
Technical Skills :
- Working knowledge of Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, Omniture, Web Trends.
- Advanced MS Excel/ Spreadsheet skills or other such tools.
- Data Interpretation skills, and good analytical skills.
