Business Analyst - IFRS 9 - Financial Institution (3-18 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
To work as a project stream lead for one of the work streams of the Accounting Policies project
Responsible for managing and participating in gathering of business requirements, documentation of the business requirements including putting forward recommendations for future solutions, where required
Manage and support preparation of functional specifications and use cases for the delivery of the business requirements
Manage and support preparation of test plans, test cases, and co-ordination with users and IT during testing phase
Preparation of the documentation and steps for deployment, including user training where required -
Experience in accounting, or has a good understanding of financial accounting or has worked extensively with users in this area in a project environment
Experience in leading junior resources
Experience in problem solving in collaboration with end users
Strong analytical skills
PeopleSoft GL experience
Advanced Excel user
PeopleSoft certifications
MBA(Finance)/CA/ICWA/CPA/ACCA
Essential

Strong organisation skills
Has initiative and is pro-active
Good presentation/documentation skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Experience working in global setups
