Work Location : Bangalore

Experience : 5 to 12 yrs

Position Details:

- Desired experience: 5 to 12 years as an Analyst in HIT

- Requirements engineering - identification, analysis, elicitation, documentation, knowledge transfer/sharing of requirements to developers/testers

- Good US Healthcare knowledge

- Exposure to clinical documentation workflows desirable

- Exposure to critical care and devise interoperability (specifically ICU)

- Good understanding of clinical workflows (providers perspectives)

- Track record in technical solution design, implementation and good software development and support process knowledge

- Interfacing and liaising with partners globally located - virtual Customer interaction / face-to-face on-site implementation support

- HL7 messaging knowledge is desired

- Healthcare standards (ICD,SNOMED, LOINC, HIPAA) and terminologies

- Knowledge and understand of various drug databases is desired (with FDB database is preferred)

- Understanding of Meaningful Use Criteria is a plus

- Good communication skills and exposure to HIS products

Testing requirements:

- Participate in high quality analysis, planning and testing of software being developed, including identifying risks to product quality

- Analyze, plan, define, design, and execute test plans for new feature function

- Analyze escaped defects (Root Cause Analysis

- Review, evaluate, recommend and prioritize request

- Follow testing methodologies

- Participate in planning and defining of the test strategy
