Position: Business Analyst
Job Description:
- To work closely with business process owners to understand the analytical requirements of functions
- To analyze the requirements in detail and provide solutions to Business
- Collaborate with SAP CC functional team members / other verticals to ensure that the solution designed is robust, scalable and covers all scenarios.
- To monitor usage and share dashboards with process owners on usage.
- To work closely with business leads on the projects to deploy new functionalities including training, master data correction for cutover and go-live strategy.
- To Share periodic updates on all new projects and facilitate the steering comm. for important projects SCM
- To analyze business requirements related to supply chain planning and undertake gap analysis w.r.t current design
- To undertake Root cause analysis of non usage / sub optimum usage of SCM Planning solutions and work closely with business and external partners to push usage or correct system logic.
- To liaison with external partners for support and enhancements for supply chain planning solutions.
- To lead projects like Demand planning implementation for Bev, Foods I2 Revamp end as BIS project manager and responsible for deliverables.
- To analyse complex business requirements in the area of WH automation and to work with suppliers for proof of concept (PoC) and implementation.
- To interact majorly with supply chain community to understand the business / planning process extensively.
- To understand system algorithms for planning solutions and to do impact analysis of process change or changes in down the line systems like SAP.
Key Skills/Experience Required –
1) Post graduate (MBA)/ Engineer with 6 years of experience.
2) Knowledge of BI/BO.
3) Exposure to multiple BI Implementation projects
4) Good Exposure to supply chain process and KPI’s
5) Prior experience of Demand management / solutioning
6) Exposure to I2/ APO (Preferable)
